MCF5213 port pull-ups

 In the users manual for the MCF5213 there is no mention of pull-up resistors for port TC pins (PTC[0] thru PTC[3]). However, if these four are lines are defined as general purpose inputs these pins are acting as if there are approximately 30k pull-up resistors internally.

 Are there internal pull-ups on port TC?

I think there's pull-up on Port TC, because in the MCF5213EC datasheet, Table 3 P18 Pull-up/pull-down column says, "2 All signals have a pull-up in GPIO mode".
In table 26, there's a parameter (Iapu) which specify the Weak Internal Pull Up Device Current, tested at VIL Max.
