MCF51JE GCC Compatible Header Files

Does there exist a set of header files for the MCF51JE chip that are GCC friendly?  I found the Codewarrior header file for this chip but it is very specific to the Codewarrior compiler and the Freescale site does not contain any code examples/packages for this device.  I would like to avoid creating them for myself.

I'd start by googling "mfc51xx.h" and go from there. Some of the links point back to packages on Freescale's site.
