JM Timer configuration issues

Hi,
I'm trying to initialize a timer from the led application on the JM badgeboard (MCF51JM128).
Help me please.

I want to toggle Leds every half second.
I want to use interrupt requests.

There is an LED blink application example in the source code release with the JM Badge Board.  I would start there.  Let us know if you have any specific questions on how to adapt it to your needs.
