Is there an IBIS model available for the MC68332, any variant?

I think that might be like asking for the original CAD files for a Model T Ford.

The 68300 series dates from about 1992 (68340) and I can find 68332 Errata documents from 1996.

Thanks Tom, pretty fair analogy. I think the best we can do is the I/O specs in the datasheet starting with Table A-5 in the attached User Manual.
