How to make SD Card working on M52277EVB board

I am using the linux kernel 2.6.23-uc1.I tried compiling a new kernel with MMC/SD card support enabled.But still not working.What all commands I need to use to check whether SD card is working or not.

Hi Anil,

There's a user's guide for this driver included with the iso you downloaded.
It's in Help/software/device_drivers/SDIO_MCF5227x.htm.  Did you find at
this guide?  Were there any messages during kernel boot concerning the
SD device?

I didn't get aby message like that and I was able to access the files faster also
