How to disable BDM clock output

Hello everybody,

I am looking to:
How can I disable the PSTCLK output from a CF5373L. I have many problems on radiated field emission with this approximately 117MHz clock.

We use this clock to synchronize the ColdFire with the WindRiver pod to debug this.

Try to change to JTAG mode using JTAG_EN. That should disable the clockout pin. If this is not enough try to use LIMP mode to reduce emissions.
