Help using FEC on M5234BCC

Any one please suggest me how to proceed programming FEC PHY on MCF5234.

I could not find any resources to start with.

I have setup the project on Codewarrior 7.1 and able to run some code(eTPU) onto board.

Please help me to start with Ethernet setup.
