Using a 56F8257 I am attempting to get a full duplex spi (slave) working. The receive is working and the reply works but the first char is sent twice.
The MC56F825X reference manual section 12.3.4 talks about data being retransmitted. I am using SS and I do not know if this is the problem. I am not sure how to handle this. The data should only be sent when the master clocks the data out.
I am not sure of the sequence of loading the TX, enabling the TX interrupt and waiting for the master to start the TX.
Any suggestions?
