Difference between MC68F375BGMZP33 and MC68F375BGMVR33? I cannot find a part number breakdown on any documentation.

Thanks, Mike. This one is driving me crazy! The strange thing is NXP reports MC68F375BGMZP33 as PBGA-217:

And distributors report MC68F375BGMVR33 as the same:

Are both just wrong in this case? ZP = 272 pins despite the NXP product page?

Clearly ZP is PBGA, but VR is not identified on this older doc.

I could find internal product system that MC68F375BGMZP33 product with BGA217 package.

While, I could not find MC68F375BGMVR33 from product system, which should be obsoleted.

From my view, please follow the internal product system, which provide the updated package info of MC68F375BGMZP33 product.
