Could not set PC to entry point debug error for P&E USB ColdFire Multilink tool

I could not enter into debug mode and there is 'Could not set PC to entry point' pop-up.  I also try to debug via NXP website demo AN2892SW. That is same error. It is a old project and debug succesfully before. Debug tool  and hardware board is good. I don't know what this error mean.  Would you give me some direction to remove it? Thanks.

Is there a way to test this situation without vmware, It seems the computer is confusing about the entry point and where is located.

I change try without Vmware. There is no error indication and could enter into debug view. But I could not step into or step over normally. I download demo AN2892SW

In addition, after download demo, there are  function redeclaration build error. I undefine redeclaration function and build successfully and debug it not normally. I don't know why?  Thanks.
