Clock Frequency generation for MCF54415

Hello,

i need to generate these clock frequencies in MCF54415 cpu

Core System & SDRAM Clock	250MHz
Peripheral Clock	125MHz
FB Clock	100MHz
USB Bus	60MHz
NAND Flash Controller	80MHz
eSDHC Clock	40MHz

How to set the reference clock for the same.
