CPLD pin and the M547xEVB Lite Development Kit

I have 2 questions about the M547xEVB Lite Development Kit.

1. If the CPLD is unprogrammed, will its pin (by default) drive the TA (transfer acknowledgment) line?

2. Is the CPLD already programmed to drive the TA (transfer acknowledgment) line?

The CPLD device on the FireEngine boards does not contain any CPLD code.  The CPLD is not required to run the system.  LogicPD has developed some enhanced features that use the CPLD such as a CompactFlash interface.  Consult the LogicPD documentation that came with your kit or the LogicPD web site for more details: http://www.logicpd.com

By default, the CPLD will not drive /TA.
