          for CodeWarrior for ARM v7 10.0.3 or  higher version

          for CodeWarrior for Power Architectures 10.3 or  higher version

Are you looking for a Classic version ?

      CodeWarrior Development Tools for PowerQUICC|Freescale

Under classic the QCVS is not available.

i amusing the QCVS for doing the configuration word for AT4 (T4080/T4160/T2080)

and for activating the last version of the QCVS we need CW

i don't want to purchase the CW program because i don't exactly need it i just need the QCVS

if there any free Software (not a trial) that can run the QCVS i will be glad to know about here

This is the qcvs version for stock eclipse(3.7 or 4.2).
