Hi,
I'm sorry if this isn't the right place to ask this (this isn't exactly a software problem), but I couldn't find a more suitable place.
I am using the DEMOAC board with the MCF51AC256, and though it worked fine before, now when I connect the USB cable (I'm using the power from the USB connection) the board isn't powered (the 5V indicator doesn't light up, nor does the reset LED) The USB connection seems to be fine, since the USB indicator lights up.
(and I have switched the power switch on, in case anyone wonders...)
I have just modified a few connections before having this problem, but I didn't touch anything on the board besides the connector where I added a wire.
Could anyone suggest any reasons for this problem? I thought that it might be the regulator, but I can't verify that...
Thanks in advance!

Yes it worked without the new connection... finally I found that I had inadvertently made a short circuit...had to check all the connections to find that out. :/
Thanks for your reply.

If this setup was working prior to you "adding a wire" to the connector, then I would start by checking if things resume working if you remove that wire. Or, try a different USB cable.
