What Software do I need for Layerscape Devices

Hello, I'm new to NXP devices and am looking at the Layerscape and i.MX devices. 

For the Layerscape devices is Code Warrior all what I need for a bare-metal design?

For designs in which I am using PCIe, does NXP provide an RTOS to use the PCIe software libraries?

You need to use CodeWarrior for ARMv8 to do bare-metal project development for Layerscape devices.

NXP provides Real-time Edge software which provides U-Boot based BareMetal framework, please check whether this would be helpful. Please refer to section "3.2 BareMetal" in https://www.nxp.com.cn/docs/en/user-guide/REALTIMEEDGEUG_Rev2.4.pdf for details.
