Unable to program Flash

Hi,

   I am using EN29LV320BT flash type, as it is not listed in Code Warrior 10.02 I have slected EN29LV640 flash type. I am  able to erase the flash. But when I try to program I get the following error

Downloading 0x00003200 bytes to be programmed at 0xFF840000  
CCSProtocolPlugin : Error writing registers [CCS last error: MBIST: core is RUNNING!]
Error:  Program operation failed.  Couldn't initialize registers

Could any body help?

Taking a flying guess, the x320 part has half the space as the x640 part, so you're trying to program off the end of the device and getting an error.

You may be able to create a "correct" setting for the device by duplicating the x640 config and changing the relevant values.
