Unable to flash u-boot through Code Warrior : Failed to correctly configure JTAG chain

When I try to update the U-boot for T1023WLAN Board using CodeWarrior Development Studio Power Architecture v10.5.1, Code warrior throws following error "CCS Protocol Plugin: Failed to correctly configure JTAG chain" .  I have done the debug configuration changes which will override RCW. Even after we are not able to communicate with the target.

Could anyone please help me to resolve this issue ??

Hello Dineshkumar parameswaran,

Please use the JTAG configuration file modified based on the file for T1023 in C:\Freescale\CW_PA_v10.5.1\PA\PA_Support\Initialization_Files\jtag_chains, it seems that your are using the one for T1024.

In addition, would you please enable CCS log and JTAG diagnostic function in CW IDE, and attach the CCS log.

Please enable CCS log from "Run->Debug Configurations -><project>-core0_RAM_-Connect(Download)->Edit...->Advanced->Advanced CCS setting->Enable logging(and Enable JTAG diagnostics)", and connect to the target from "Run->Debug Configurations-><project>-core0_RAM_-Connect(Download)->Debug”, the CCS log will be displayed in the console panel in CodeWarrior IDE. (If the CCS log in the console is truncated, please enlarge the console buffer from Window->Preferences->Run/Debug->Console->uncheck "Limit console output". Please open the console panel from Window->Show View->Console, and if nothing displayed, please choose the correct session on the right top icon in the panel.)
