I am little bit confused with the word Hard coded RCW configuration.i found that the hardcoded value is given within a range(for p2041,1_0000-1_1011) .Does this mean that I can  take a group value at will to use?

Please refer to the section "Table 4-31. RCW Hard-Coded Configuration Options" in P2040RM.pdf to choose an appropriate RCW for your target board.
