Scan timeout during secure debug

Dear all

I've configured a LS1012A board to manage secure debug (level 2)

When I try to connect to target CCS and CodeWarrior studio return the error "Scan timeout"

I've seen that this bug is documented in the release notes of 11.2 version (DTCCS-124

Issue: [LS1043][SecureDebug] CCS returns Scan timeout when trying to
config chain
Workaround: none

Now I'm using v11.5.5 but the problem is the same. Does anybody know the status of this bug?
