I'm trying to run a validation on the DDR controllers, however the connection is always refused regardless of the JTAG clock speed chosen. The CW is v10.5.1, and QCVS is v4.5. The connection setup is as follows:
The log from the ccs server is:
(bin) 2 %

It also appears the CCS does not find the CW tap (i.e., findcc cwtaps -eth does not return anything, even after running setup.exe).
Try several times the ccs command findcc cwtaps -eth. There was an issue in ccs (I think in your ccs version it is present) where the ccs is not able to discover all the devices from network.
Are the cwtap and your pc in the same sub-network?

Hello Rodney McLendon,
1. Please check whether CDDE path is valid in Hardware configuration manager window, for example <Installation path>\eclipse\Optimization\target-connection\cdde\cdde-windows\bin\cdde.exe.
2. In the CCS console, please enter the following commands and check the result.
(bin) 7 % config cc cwtap:10.15.146.9
(bin) 8 % show cc
CodeWarrior TAP Boot Loader version 1.0.1
CodeWarrior TAP OS version 1.0.1
3. Do you have a valid DDRv license deployed in <INSTALL_DIR>\eclipse\ProcessorExpert\?
Have a great day,
Yiping
