M52233DEMO board problem

I build the evaluation project with code warrior for this board, but got problem for debug, program not stop even set breakpoint at start of main(). Do I need to do any environment settings before debug?

btw, for this board, what's the settings for flash programmer?

what is the size of ur code??

if it is greater than 32K then u hv to target for flash.i.e 1st program the KIT then start debug.
