License problem with Codewarrior for Coldfire 7.1 / 7.2 on Windows 7 (FlexLM and Floating License)

Hello,

i just installed Codewarrior for Coldfire 7.1 on a new windows 7 machine an copied the license.dat from my old windows-xp-system. With windows xp everything works fine but with windows 7 I get this error message:

"No valid license key was found for this installation of CodeWarrior Development Studio....

License server system does not support this feature.

Feature: Win32_CWIDE_Limited

License path: C:\Program Files\Freescale\CodeWarrior for ColdFire V7.1\license.dat;

FLEXnet Licensing error:-18,147"

Also i get this message with CW 7.2.

Can everyone help me with this problem?
