Kernel Aware Debug

Hi,

does anyone know if a sample kernel aware debug plugin exists ? I mean a package where I should implement only APIs described in Kernel-Aware_Debug_API.pdf and all other things (code skeleton with loading symbols from .elf, communication with target board over BDM) are already prepared ?

Hi Dusan,

Well, where do you have the Kernel-AwarePluginManual.pdf from? I would check the same souce for samples as well.
To my knowledge the CodeWarrior COM Kernel Aware debugger API was only delivered to certain 3'rd parties and was never publicly available.

Hi,

this .pdf can be found among other manuals with every ColdFire CodeWarrior IDE. There is also .chm file. In the past I ported MetroTRK onto MC68EN302 for our OS. So I think I am expertized enough to do such a job. It's a pitty that such a plugin is not publicly available. Can we buy it ?
