How to test FRAM thorugh Codewarrior interfaced to P2041?

Hi,

We are using FRAM interfaced with P2041. But i'm not getting how to test FRAM functionality through Codewarrior TAP.

Can anyone suggest? Is it similar to test as other NOR and NAND flash?

Hello Avinash,

It's similar as NOR and NAND Flash, you need to configure eLBC related registers to provide the correct timing in CodeWarrior initialization file, then access FMAN through CW IDE.
