In addition, during custom board bringing up stage, when you create a bareboard project following new project wizards, in "Debug Target Settings" panel, you could select "Download/Connect" SRAM Launch configuration to run the sample program in L2 Cache to SRAM to avoid configuring DDR controller according to your custom board.
