Full Simulation Chip debug on MCF51QE microcontroller

Hi, How can i do a simulation of the MCF51QE microcontroller without having the demoboard? Can i do this?

I only have two options to choose, the first one is "P&E multilink/cyclone pro" and the second one is the "SofTec coldfire". I don´t have the option that makes the "full chip simulation", this option is available on the 08 MCU version.

Can i do something about this? thanks!

i upgraded the CW'to the 6.2 version and now it works with the full simulation chip....
