Evaluation Codewarrior DDR validation and internal RAM flash

   I am using Codewarrior evaluation version and the codewarrior tap device, and I am not able to do the DDR validation, Nor flash  and internal RAM flash are not working on LS1021a processor, so can anybody conform, whether I need to buy a licensed version or not.

The evaluation license provides full features of CodeWarrior and DDRv tool, however the evaluation license will expire after 15 days.

When I run DDR validation test in evaluation board, we are getting response as result as 0%  all the time.

can you share the procedure to do the DDR validation in ls1021atwr board?
