Can some one direct me to where I can find documentation for the Linker Control File for Codewarrior 6.3?  Thanks.

You could have a look to this file : ColdFire_Build_Tools_Reference.pdf
located here:
C:\Program Files\Freescale\CodeWarrior for ColdFire V6.3\Help\PDF
and read the chapter 13 about coldfire linker, you will find an explanation about lcf files.
