illegal opcode for S12zvl 128k

Hello Team,

we are generating Motorola ptp file form .elf file generated by CW compiler and filling unused location by 0xFF.

Ex: If our application size is 90k then remaining 38k of flash out of 128k we are filling with 0xFF.

In above example we need to fill remaining 38k flash memory with illegal opcode if  by mistake control jump to outside of actual application, then MCU should generate trape/ME.

Please suggest any illegal opcode to fill unused reaming memory for S12ZVL micro.
