Unable to add SVN: problems with Mylyn

Dear all,

I'm working with HCS08SG32 and I tried to add SVN support to my CW 10.6.4. Build Id:150416.

CW 10.6. does not have Eclipse Marketplace so I looked for SVN plugin update site, both subclipse and subversive, but no installation was ok because of missing Mylyn integration.

So I looked for Mylyn and I tried with both 3.19 and 3.8, but there's always some missing dependency.

How can I come out of it?

Subclipse 1.8 installation was fine!

But anyway I got this error when I right clicked on Project / Team /Share Project /SVN

org.apache.subversion.javahl.ClientException: Unsupported working copy format

svn: This client is too old to work with the working copy at

'C:\Users\roberto.paolinelli\Progetti\CNH\SAFETY\Code\trunk' (format 31).

You need to get a newer Subversion client. For more details, see

  http://subversion.apache.org/faq.html#working-copy-format-change

Since I was not able to solve the problem with eclipse I started versioning with using Tortoise SVN client.

TortoiseSVN 1.9.4, Build 27285 - 64 Bit , 2016/04/24 13:59:58

Subversion 1.9.4, -release

This SVN version is supported by Subclipse 1.12 but I'm afraid I will meet same problems as before.

Just to update that with subclipse 1.12 it's all OK now, but just after having installed 1.8 first as Alice suggested me.

Hello Roberto,

Please test this:

Click "Help" "Install new software" Click "Add" to add the site URL "http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.8.x"

After install it , you can refer to this thread to use SVN :

Also you can use GIT to control your project version:
