On chip flash programming in MC68HC908QB8

Hi,

In MC68HC908QB8, How can we access the falsh area and do page erase, Programming and Check or Compare programing. Any conversant c code available to all functions.

We would like to erase the falsh area and update with datas and do comparision with them and store these values.

The application notes AN2635 and AN2874 cover use of the ROM-resident routines, present within the QB8, and other HC908 devices.

Go the FAQ system and search for "Flash programming". A number of FAQs on the subject should show up. You'll have to sift through these for your MCU. Some of them reference Application notes, which document how to use a feature, such as programming Flash, and even provide source code.
