OS Upgrade

If we upgrade our operating system from Windows 2000 to Windows XP, can we use the same license file when we reinstall Codewarrior on XP?

I'm using Codewarrior 3.1 for the HCS12, single user license (no usb dongle).

yes, Codewarrior licenses are independent from the Windows version (XP, XP home, 2000, etc).
