NE64 bootloader code

I find that I need to implement a serial
based flash bootloader for the MC9S12NE64
using CW4.5.This looks a little difficult to
implement.Is sourcecode available for this sort
of application?

The Freescale serial monitor is a good starting point - maybe it will do all that you require (?).
