I am using Code Warrior 10.1 and I haven't been able to find how to greate bin-file. I am using Kinetis K10 and I can now make *.afx and *.S19 but not the *.bin.
Can somebody help me please??

According to this https://community.freescale.com/message/88498#88498, the .afx file is the binary file.
