CW for MCU V10.6 is supporting several architectures.
Each architecture is using his own build tool chain.
We don't have "generic" answer.
By default all linker can generate a map file which is giving an overview of the memory used by an application.
Depending of the architecture, the linker could provide less or more information.
You will find more details in the manuals at \CW MCU v10.6.4\MCU\Help\PDF folder:
MCU_Build_Tools_Utilities.pdf for HCs08, RS08 and HCs12Z (search linker or map)
Targeting_Microcontrollers.pdf for all architectures (search linker or map)
MCU_"Architecture"_Compiler.pdf you will find some linker, map file info.
