HC08: Error 18 while burning the firmware

Hi all, I keep getting "Error 18 during script" when I try to burn my firmware into my HCS08AW60 MCU. I need to repeat the burning process for like 20 to 30 times before it successfully to burn the MCU. I not sure whether this is my own PC problem or my BDM problem. I try this BDM Multilink Interface on other PC before it work well. So I believe it is my pc problem but which part of my pc that cause that Error? The USB port? I noticed that, if I keep the BDM Multilink (USB) connecting my pc while i restart my PC, my PC will hang. Anyone can help? Thank you for spending time reading.

ok, the problem was the multilink, it wasn't up-to-date. But I don't know why it worked fully on one computeur, and on the other it was able to erase, to read, but not to program...

Given that the description of this error is simply "Error during programming" which is quite unhelpful, I would suggest you post this question direct to P&E themselves here.
