HC08: Codewarrior SE restrictions

Hi, I just downloaded from Freescale the special edition of codewarrior version 5.1 (CW08_V5_1.exe).

Can you list and explain the restrictions of the special edition?

Can I use the special edition for final applications (with the SE restrictions) or it's just for evaluation?
