ERR_COMMON.

The comments state to call the

Which Bean are you using for your SCI?

If you open the Bean Inspector for your SCI bean and go to the Methods tab, you can activate code generation for method "GetError" there.

Calling that function will allow you to detect whether you have a buffer overflow, a framing error or a parity error.
