Flash device,blank check and verify are failed

Dear Sir ;

I'm using "MCF5272+ S29JL032J " with CodeWarrior 7.2 to develop a new product . I can't find the ARM in list of the Flash Device , and have to choice S29GL032 as substitution .I can program the MCF5272 , but we are  runuing "blank check" and "verify" are failed . Could you help us to find the root cause ? what are troubel for me to choice "flash device " ?

Hi Tim,

If the memory you are using is not listed as part of the supported flash devices you can follow the Application Note AN3390 that explains how to add a new flash device, the document can be found on this path:

C:\Program Files\Freescale\CodeWarrior for ColdFire V7.2\Help\PDF\AddFlashDevs.pdf
