Error starting external debugger (Error Code 87), Vista, CW 4.6

I am trying to use a DEMO9S12XDT512 with CW on a Vista laptop. I have installed the latest special edition version and CW12_V4_6_HCS12X_USB_MULTILINK_SP. I still get Error starting external debugger (Error Code 87). Am I missing something, or is this another Vista issue?

I'm afraid that the latest HC12 version is not that recent.
