Any idea to resolve this error?
It seems that the memory controller is not properly configured. Have you checked the memory operation with the help of the CodeWarrior Hardware Diagnostics applet?
Hi,
With the Project Wizard you can create an example for the processor and connection you're using.
this project will contain all default configuration needed.
You should be able to build it and debug the example application.
Is it working on your side ?

I have created the project with the required configuration, when i try to program the processor with the load, it shows
Initialization failed error.

Another point ...
There are seveal patches for CW for PA V8.8.
You can access them via the link:

The last path is PA V8.8.6 which require another patch V8.8.5.
