In Project -> Properties -> Linked Resourced generation of "Path Variable" with "Variable" reference doesn't work.
Eclipse does not write "${" and "}" on variable with relative errors in its interpretation.
Path Variable location is ".project" file and you can correct the problem typing "${" and "}" by hand.
