Downgrading CodeWarrior version

I have a specific requirement of using Codewarrior v3.1. If I purchase latest CW for MCUs, I will be getting version 5.2. What is the process to downgrade to version 3.1?

We can download CW for HCS12 v3.1 from "Software and Licensing support".

If you still can not get it, please write email to NXP support.
