Custom 9s12 board

Hi I’ve made a custom development board with 9s12dt128 have all the connections and bdm working working however it seems my mcu is not operating as I upload code and doesn’t seem to work. I have a clock signal at eclk pin I am running with mhz external crystal and believe everything is connected correctly

How do you calculate resistor values and capacitor values for pll circuit I’m using 8mhz crystal pierce setup it seems the clock and bus clock is very unstable

If you wonder the problem is caused by hardware design, I suggest you check with 16bit MCU space rather than CW space:

Could you please confirm if you can download project to the target successfully: Create a new project with wizard, after download the code, can you step over the code in debugger?

Please record me a video about the download and step over in debugger. I will check if there is any problem.
