Codewarrior Basic and Kinetis

I want to buy CW 10.1 Basic edition for Kinetis K60 developement on MQX RTOS. Is there are any restrictions in Basic edition which will afect my developement except RTOS awerness in debugging. Basic edition have 512K limit which is exact the maximum Flash for the K60 MCU !

It seems that Basic edition will be enough for  most Kinetis MCU (except 1MB devices). My question is if the code size and absence of RTOS awerness is the only lack in Basic edition comparing to CW Professional ?!
