Codewarrior 10.4 installing error

Dear All,

One of my customer is trying to Install Codewarrior in their system but they are getting attached error, if we please help to resolve.

Please let me know if this is because of system administrator Security error so that I can ask them to check with their administrator end, they are using windows XP.

It seems that this error prompts when installing USBTAP driver. Have you ever installed any other CodeWarrior tool on this PC? I think you can ignore this error, and go on installing, because even if the USBTAP driver is not installed successfully, we can install it separately later.

We have not installed any codewarrior earlier we are using this first time and trying to install CW10.4.

We have tried it on two more PC's but the same error is popping up, please help how to resolve the issue.

We are using windows XP, please let us know the minimum system requirement to get codewarrior running.

You may trust CW, and continue the installation.

4GB RAM

20GB (When installing full product or updates for all architectures)

400MB on Windows system disk

DVD drive for installation

USB port for communications with target hardware

Ethernet port for communications with target hardware (optional)
