If you are able to reproduce the crash I would recommend you to submit a service request for that.

make sure to provide reproducible steps, and attach information on the version of the tool you are using.
To retrieve that info:
- Start CodeWarrior
- Select Help -> About Freescale CodeWarrior
- Click on "Install Products"
- Click on Save as, save info to a file and attach it to the SR.
