Accelerometer+buzzer program

Hi

Using MCSQE128 micro-controller with HCS08 CPU. Demoboard has accelerometer and buzzer. trying to write a program where accelerometer movement turns ON a buzzer on a DEMOQE128 development kit.Is there anyone who has done something similar?
Please let me know

There is a simple tilt indicator and a ringtone player with "shake sensing".
