Hi,

you can use simple flash tool to flash afx file to target, see

Standalone Flash Programmer | MCU on Eclipse

it's for download s19 file but the method is the same for afx file.

if above can not help. to solve your problem, we need:

1. your CW version info.

2. error message screenshot

3. what chip do you work with?

4. can you successfully download a project to chip via debugger?

Thank you for your quick response. Below are the details required by you :

CW Version : CodeWarrior for MCU ,Version: 10.5, Build Id:130916

Microcontroller : PK60N512VMD100

We are able to flash our code through debugger.

PFA for error screenshot and diagnostic report generated during flashing

code.
