generate S record file with no RAM information

Does anybody know if it´s possible to generate the s-record file without information about the RAM memory areas? Let´s focus on DSC, if it makes a difference.

Whether the S-record file includes the data in RAM depends on the link command file in project.  Please modify the link command file in order to place the code and all constants and global variables into RAM.
